Términos de Uso — Metroplan

Al descargar o utilizar Metroplan (la "App"), aceptas estos Términos de Uso. Si no estás de acuerdo, no utilices la App. Soporte: metroplanapp@gmail.com.

1. Titularidad

La App es ofrecida por Alejandro Mateo González (el "Titular"). Estos términos regulan el uso de la App y todas sus funcionalidades, incluida la versión Pro y la sincronización en la nube.

2. Licencia de uso

Se te concede una licencia personal, revocable, no exclusiva e intransferible para utilizar la App en dispositivos compatibles, de acuerdo con estos Términos y con las reglas de la tienda (App Store / Google Play).

3. Cuenta de usuario

Para acceder a la sincronización en la nube (exclusiva del plan Pro) debes crear una cuenta con tu email. El acceso se realiza mediante magic link — sin contraseña.

Eres responsable de mantener el acceso a tu email seguro.
Usa siempre el mismo email en todos tus dispositivos para la sincronización correcta.
Puedes eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento desde la pantalla de perfil.

4. Plan Free y Plan Pro

Plan Free: funciones básicas con anuncios. Datos solo en tu dispositivo. No requiere cuenta.

Plan Pro: acceso completo sin anuncios, sincronización entre dispositivos y funciones avanzadas. Requiere suscripción activa y cuenta de usuario.

5. Datos y sincronización

Al cancelar el plan Pro, la sincronización se desactiva pero tus datos locales se conservan.
Al eliminar tu cuenta, los datos en la nube se borran permanentemente. Los datos locales no se ven afectados.
Al desinstalar la App sin eliminar la cuenta, los datos en la nube permanecen disponibles.

6. Uso permitido y prohibiciones

No descompilar ni aplicar ingeniería inversa a la App.
No manipular anuncios, sistemas antifraude o mecanismos de suscripción.
No usar la App con fines ilícitos ni intentar acceder a datos de otros usuarios.

7. Disponibilidad y cambios

Podemos actualizar, modificar o retirar funciones por razones técnicas o legales. La App se ofrece "tal cual".

8. Publicidad (versión gratuita)

La versión gratuita muestra anuncios mediante Google AdMob. Ver Política de Privacidad.

9. Responsabilidad

Metroplan es una herramienta de práctica musical. No garantizamos resultados concretos. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, el Titular no será responsable por daños indirectos o pérdida de datos.

10. Propiedad intelectual

La App, diseño, marca "Metroplan" y contenidos están protegidos. No se concede ningún derecho más allá de la licencia de uso.

12. Legislación aplicable

Estos términos se regirán por la legislación española, salvo que la normativa aplicable disponga otra cosa para consumidores.

1. Ownership

The App is offered by Alejandro Mateo González (the "Owner"). These terms govern the use of the App and all its features, including the Pro version and cloud sync.

2. License

You are granted a personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the App on compatible devices, subject to these Terms and the rules of the applicable store (App Store / Google Play).

3. User Account

To access cloud sync (exclusive to the Pro plan) you must create an account with your email. Access is via magic link — no password required.

You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure.
Always use the same email on all devices to maintain correct sync.
You can delete your account at any time from the profile screen.

4. Free Plan and Pro Plan

Free Plan: basic features with ads. Data stored on your device only. No account required.

Pro Plan: full access without ads, cross-device sync and advanced features. Requires active subscription and user account.

5. Data and Sync

When you cancel Pro, sync is deactivated but your local data is preserved.
When you delete your account, all cloud data is permanently deleted. Local data is not affected.
If you uninstall the App without deleting your account, cloud data remains available.

6. Permitted Use and Restrictions

Do not decompile or reverse engineer the App.
Do not manipulate ads, anti-fraud systems or subscription mechanisms.
Do not use the App for illegal purposes or attempt to access other users' data.

7. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify or remove features for technical or legal reasons. The App is provided "as is".

8. Advertising (free version)

The free version displays ads via Google AdMob. See Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

Metroplan is a music practice tool. We do not guarantee specific results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner is not liable for indirect damages or data loss.

10. Intellectual Property

The App, design, "Metroplan" brand and content are protected. No rights are granted beyond the use license.
